Returns Policy

We hope that you love your new Lazy Moo Purchase, but if for any reason there is a problem with your purchase then please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your item via the contact page on the website or email us at lazymoo@gmx.com

Please ensure you include in your email the following:

•Your full name & delivery address
•Paypal email address
•Item name
•Reason for exchange (please include exchange item name) or refund.

Once we have contacted you about your return or exchange we will then need to receive the item back before we can re-credit your account or send out your replacement.

Refunds – On receipt of the returned item we will refund your account, this will be the same account or card that you made the purchase with. Please allow 5-10 days for the money to be re-credited. This varies depending on bank or credit/debit card company.

Exchange - If you would like to exchange your purchase for something of the same price we will simply send this out to you once we have received your item back. If the item is more we will issue a refund for the remaining amount or if it’s more expensive we will post out your item once we have received full payment.

PLEASE NOTE: that for hygiene reasons, earrings and hair accessories cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

If you are sending an item back to us to be returned or exchanged you will need to pay the postage charges. We cannot be held responsible if a parcel gets lost in the post so we recommend you send parcels by recorded delivery to insure they reach us quickly and safely.
